Shipping

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS $300 AND OVER
We offer free returns on all domestic orders.

Please note: order processing takes 1–2 business days.

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12 PM HST will begin processing the same day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after Thursday at 12 PM HST will ship the following week.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic orders: Please allow 3–6 business days after receiving tracking for delivery.
International orders: Please allow 10–21 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

For international orders, please note that duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns / Exchanges

Torivana Shop items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Please note:

  • Sale items and any discounted items (including promotional discounts over 20%) are final sale
  • Final sale items are not eligible for refunds and may only be considered for exchange or store credit

How to Make a Return / Exchange (Domestic Orders)

  1. Email us at info@shoptorivana.com to request return instructions
  2. Carefully package your item in its original condition and packaging
  3. Include your order details inside the package
  4. Ship your return using a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are requesting an exchange, please include the desired style or size in your email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@shoptorivana.com.

We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be issued if available.

Items damaged through wear or misuse are not eligible for replacement.
